With a track record that includes serving as CEO of Constant Contact post-acquisition and COO of Volante Technologies, I specialize in building "foundational" companies and guiding them through transformative growth. I have extensive experience as a board member for both private and public companies, including Penumbra and Impel, and have successfully led strategic initiatives that resulted in a $1.1 billion acquisition. My expertise spans corporate development, finance, and operations, with a focus on FinTech, HealthTech, and SMBs.

By transitioning operations to the Scaled Agile Framework, I delivered 22 live implementations in 2022, solidifying client trust in Tier 1 markets. At Visa Payments Limited, I managed a $100M integration budget during its acquisition by Visa Inc., enhancing transaction throughput and cybersecurity compliance while achieving 10% month-over-month transaction growth. My earlier rolesat Finastra and CGI saw me drive record sales, reduce costs by 15-20%, and modernize payment systems with cloud and API-driven architectures.

    As Founding Head of Fintech Vertical at 123G LLC, I scaled a client base from zero to seven in under a year, advising on cloud infrastructure, product strategy, engineering and capital raises. These experiences have honed my ability to navigate complex, high-growth environments, aligning technology with business strategy to deliver measurable impact.
