FAQ
Questions we get asked most.
Straight answers about who we are, who we work with and how we work.
What is 123G?123G is a network of 200+ Strategic Operators who deliver outcomes for companies who have the right to aspire. Our Strategic Operators are founders, C-suite leaders and investors who have done it before.
Who does 123G work with? From seed to growth stage to public companies in B2B SaaS, fintech, manufacturing tech and health tech. Our clients are global and serve global client bases.
How is 123G different from a consulting firm?A consulting firm is finished the day the deck is delivered. Our Strategic Operators do the work alongside your team, and a meaningful piece of our pay is tied to outcomes we agree on together.
How does 123G get paid?Part of our compensation depends on the outcome we define with you at the start of the engagement. We focus on achieving your outcomes, not elevating our incomes.
Who does the work?Strategic Operators: people who have delivered results, with a layer of talent working alongside them. The partner who scoped your engagement does not vanish once the contract is signed.
What problems does 123G take on?Growth and market expansion, operational excellence, business foundations and strategic innovation. Our payments practice helps U.S. banks modernize payments across RTP, FedNow, Wire, ACH and SWIFT.
How long is the contract? Two pages. You can have a great relationship on a two-page contract, or a terrible one on eighteen. The paper is never what makes it work. Trust is.
When was 123G founded, and by whom?October 2023, by Harpreet Grewal (Founder and CEO) and Tony Spaniola (Co-founder and COO). Almost all of our Strategic Operators have worked with Harpreet or Tony before, many of them building Constant Contact and Volante Technologies together.
How do I join the network as a Strategic Operator?Tell us where you have done it before, through the contact form. We build every team from the network for the problem in front of it, and our pay rides on the outcome.
Where is 123G based? Cambridge, MA with Strategic Operators across the world. We work with clients around the world. Reach us at Contact@123G.co.
